In response to numerous requests, we are extending the deadline for
entries to both the 2016 STARTS Prize of the European Commission and
this year’s Prix Ars Electronica to March 13, 2016. Take advantage
of this marvelous opportunity and submit your project to
http://starts-prize.aec.at or http://www.aec.at/prix. If you like, you can
even submit entries for prize consideration to both the European
Commission’s STARTS Prize and the 2016 Prix Ars Electronica. All you
have to do is check the appropriate box while completing your online
submission and you’re automatically entered in both competitions.
Who knows? Maybe this is your year to be the recipient of one of the
€20,000 grants awarded by the 2016 STARTS Prize or a Golden Nica
statuette and €10,000 in cash from the Prix Ars Electronica!
An international jury will convene on April 11, 2016 to determine the
winners, who will be announced at a press conference set for mid-May.
